A case appealing against the ban on beards for Houston Police officers was thrown out today, reports Chron.com. Despite being a clear case of beardism the decision is made more ridiculous because the officers appealing suffer from pseudofolliculitis barbae, a condition which causes ingrown hairs and irritation from shaving.
